At Games.com we continue to try and find ways to keep you informed and make sure you know that we care about your game play. To that end, we're going to post your questions and feedback along with our answers. We hope that this will both let you know that we're here, answering questions and care.

Q: I think the aol service sucks I'm probably cancel my subscription I have been with aol for many years can't get on the tournaments any more I'm having too much trouble and aggravation with the service with downloads.

A: We hear you and understand. Can you explain how you are unable to get to the tournaments? Is it that you cannot find them or that you cannot log into them when you find them. The more information you can provide us the better we can help.

Q: CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, REPAIR YOUR SYSTEM , IT STINKS, WHO WOULD SPEND MONEY ON ADS WITH YOUR ROTTEN CHEAP SYSTEM NEEDS UPDATING I WANT THE CEO OF AOL, TO RESPOND OR I WILL SHUT YOUR SYSTEM DOWN FOR GOOD IF YOU THINK IAM PLAYING I AM NOT.

A: So sorry and I have had the general manager of Games.com respond to you via email. We're working on bugs and will get all major bugs repaired as soon as possible.

Q: I only have a problem with the audio on my spades game. This has NOTHING to do with any of the response you sent me. Nor does it have to do with my computer or clearing my browser. Please have one of your capable technicians actually check on this problem rather than send me another canned response. Thank you

A: I do apologize for the canned responses. Many times those canned responses resolve 90% of issues. On occasion something is unique and we need to address it. I'll have to contact our spades game developer to find out what could be going on with your sound.

In the short term however, you should make sure that you have not checked off the sound icon in the game, your computers speakers are on, and that it is not on mute. I know it sounds odd, and you have likely checked these items but it can be worth it to check once more.

People love their Stamps and play long and hard to collect them. But there is one problem. How the heck do we find them? They are on your player profile, of course.

Then how do I check my profile, you ask? With the information below you'll have everything you need to find your Stamps.

LOAD THE GAME- CLICK YOUR NAME

Clicking on a name is a pretty simple task but not necessarily the most intuitive thing to do. Once you figure out this little step, you are going to be golden with regards to your stamps and stars account.

We've continued to make the saving of your favorite games easier and easier.
To make sure they never get far use the 'My Favorites' system of games.com.

The 'My Favorites' area is part of the "Play Card" area.

In order to add games to the 'My Favorites' section you need to be logged in. You can log in using the log in box on the top right of the Games.com.

Once you are logged in you can begin adding games to the 'My Favorites' section. To add a game to your favorites click on the small heart with a plus icon.
Add to My Favorite Games

When you add a game using the 'My Favorites' button the page will reload and the new game will be highlighted in red. There is no limit to the number of favorites you add.

To access a game on in the 'My Favorites' section all you have to do is click on the game name. We hope you will use this new item to access the games you love with ease and efficiency.

NEW FEATURES
My Favorites are now available while playing.

In the past, you could only favorite a game from the launch pad page (where you click the play button) How would you know if it was a favorite if you had never played it?
Games.com has alleviated that problem by allowing you to add a game to 'My Favorites' from inside a game:
You can access the 'My Favorites' in game on the bottom left side of the play area. All you need to do is click the Heart+ symbol and then hit ok when the pop-up confirmation appears.

You should never lose or misplace a game again.

Games.com - Why We Changed The Chat

In response to your feedback we are excited to announce that significant enhancements have been made to Games.com. Here is a summary of the changes:

1) First and foremost the platform that our games reside on has been completely revamped to deliver a faster more reliable gameplay experience.

2) This new platform gives us flexibility to create customized Dares and Stamps giving you more opportunities to earn rewards for your player profile.

3) Improved leaderboards are coming soon to highlight the top performers on Games.com.

4) Player profiles will be getting a new look and you will be able to access your profile information from anywhere on the site.

5) Private chat features will be available soon to allow you to chat with specific people while you play.

As part of this process we have encountered some issues and are working around the clock to correct them. For a summary of open issues and to report any problems that you find please go to this page: Pardon our Dust.

We appreciate your patience while we put the finishing touches on this next generation game site.

Dear Games.com Community,

We've now had our new chat system for over a month. The launch was bumpy but we have worked feverishly to make the chat better and more stable. Many, many issues have been resolved but we have many more items to go. We'll be sure to update items AS THEY ARE REPAIRED.

We know that this last week has been frustrating for you, we appreciate that your desire for the games to work and work well. We believe in our games and a feel a deep responsibility to provide you the best experience. This week has not been as we would have liked and we're working through all chat system bugs one by one to ensure they are fixed. Please bookmark this page to check back for updates.

THE FOLLOWING ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED:

Old bookmarked pages now redirect to Games.com alleviating confusion as to where games were.
Rooms are now closing when they are full avoiding being booted to incorrect rooms
All stamps previously earned will appear in player profiles.
Majority of chat loading issues have been fixed.
Important stars and stamps messages have been restored. (Issues persist in Video Poker and Slots due to their in-game connections)
Single player rooms have been re-routed to the table screens. This change allows players the option of playing privately by using the "private" play button. We expect to have the play buttons repaired soon.
We've alleviated some room availability issues by increasing the room player counts. We expect these to be increased later this week so more players can find and play with friends.
Chat issues and players appearing in Video Poker, Slots Lounge and Keno
Chat box either missing or covering a part of the game board
Multiple star events (i.e. winning Gin Rummy by a shutout) will display BOTH events in succession. (Like the old system
Handling of Rooms. Room handling has been repaired and is working properly. X
Broadcasts of Stamp events to the whole room do not appear to be working properly.
UPDATED A small number of players are having an difficult time logging in, and may have to log in each time they play. This is a high priority. We have changed the wording for logging in that may alleviate confusion.
ADDED: Leader-boards - we're begun to roll out leader-board information.

OUTSTANDING ISSUES TO BE REPAIRED

There are a handful of players using our chat system that are still having issues. It seems to affect players using both older versions Internet Explorer AND the AOL client.
There are folks who are having issues with chat. They are able to chat but people in the room are not seeing the chat.
The number of players in rooms will be correctly represented. Right now, the number of players in the room includes guest players who are not counted inside the game, but do appear on the launch pad page. These players will be taken out of the launch pad page count.
