The top online games are a little late this week. Not much change at the top as the best online games remain the same. You do see there that Gin Rummy is now part of the list. Wonderful, wonderful game! Should be more just like it on the way!
I've said it a million times, this list doesn't change nor is it as volatile as the Sales Charts. That does not make it less important! It shows that on a week to week basis that games that are dedicated games designed for online play will do well. Five of the top 11 are native web games that have no download version. Think about that kids?!
Bit of a delay this week as I was out in Seattle for a big games conference. (I'll sum it up later in the week.) Here are the most played games by those who have logged in.

Not much change here and I don't think we will see a lot of change. We have a lot of games in the pipeline that are going to make this list but I am not about to give out company secrets!

With all those games its easy for some of the great games slip through the cracks. At games.com we try to have the best free online games but sometimes that just doesn't happen. There are too many reasons to list why we don't have everything but let me tell you it is not for the lack of me trying! If it were up to me, we'd have every game on the web on our site! Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on where you stand on such matters) I do not control which games we take or don't take. Without getting into a huge debate; here are the three greatest games not currently on games.com
Like the name says Bloons is game involving balloons. You are in control of a little monkey with a set of darts and your job is to pop the balloons on the screen. This simply little puzzle game is wonderful and playable for hours. The game lives on because they've allowed people to create their own little bloon boards. Check out and tell me what you think. If you have some competitive blood in you and like to try tricks this game is for you. You take the role of a little dolphin and you are tasked with scoring as many points as you can with little tricks. It's a wonderful game that you can spend hours trying get to the high scores or even better trying to propel you little dolphin to the starts. If you don't enjoy this game there actually might be something wrong with you!
Desktop Tower Defense is a game that is sweeping the web and destroying productivity by the work day. The basic premise is that you have to protect you desk from creepy critters. The simply game play mechanics are wonderful and allow you to be creative in how you play. Check it out and lose, I don't know, a week of your life.

I was finally able to sort out all of online data and get the collective data for all our games. I think the long lists of 25 games aren't helping anyone and I feel like if I focus on each game and their description that would be more helpful.
WSOP Poker includes all seven of our poker suite of games. All these games can be found at our Poker Hub. Tons of people play this game on a daily basis and at games.com we firmly stand behind this game as the best free online poker game available. There are no gimmicks or tricks involved. The game is there for everyone to enjoy and is played on the level. Solitaire Classic Challenge is a derivative of the classic Solitaire game Klondike. In Challenge we ask our players to score their best five hands. This month we pushed the game fairly hard to see if our players would take to it. Thankfully, the game did well and people are playing it more than ever. I feel like this game really goes to point if you want people to do something ask them to do it! So play this game!
The backbone of our games suite is the Slot Lounge. Good lucking game that people enjoy and a great community has formed around the game. If you go into any room on any night of the week you'll find people chatting and spinning the reels.
Video Poker is now a couple of months old and there are a great number of people who are cranking away at it. It's a great game and hope that it soon will be linked within the Slots Lounge so that people can move between the two types of games.
While a continuation of the series Collapse! This iteration of the game is by far it's best. What makes it so great and so classic is that it is easy and graphics are crisp, clear and vibrant. If you haven't played Super Collapse you should try it today. It's not on the top monthly top played month after month for nothing!
Our WSOP Poker games are the best on the web. Now, they aren't advertised on televsion or have some celebrity poker player hawking them but they are just as outstanding as anything out there. Our game is free, fun, fast and did I mention free to play? We're not trying to up-sell to people, we're not trying to get you to buy anything we're all about you playing. Are there ads in there? Sure, but only once every 15 minutes and we never interrupt a hand. Anyway, here are the rest of the top 25 played online games by members logged in.
Most played games don't vary as much as the sales chart. We feature the same great online games and people habitually play them. I think it is testament to how good some of the games on the site are that they are continuously played. Many have developed their own communities within the game and it is something that I hope people realize about games.com; it isn't just the games its the people who are playing them night in and night out that make this site outstanding.

Most played this week is a little wacky. You can see that a 'new' game Solitaire: Classic Challenge made the top slot. Odd? Well, its there because it was promoted on the AOL.com welcome screen. You know, the page that every single person who signs into AOL sees? Challenge is a game where you're asked to get the best score you can in five games of Solitaire. It's just a little twist and all of our solitaire games have that feature.
Well Slots Lounge continues it's reign as the top played game by our registered members. I realized this week, that I had been putting up this most played without saying where the numbers come from
Truth is I was just pulling the numbers from report I get weekly and throwing the list up. I went in and quantified the rankings finally.. The report is the top played games by people LOGGED IN to our site.
What does that mean? The Most Played rankings do not reflect people who play as guests on our site.
Video Poker is back as the most played game on our site. Really it cheated to get there! It was promoted on welcome screen for AOL. Not exactly fair but who says this is supposed to be fair. There are a couple of new games in the top list. Sparkle and The Nightshift Code new games two weeks ago and sticking in the top 11 games. They both had a bit of promotion on the site but nothing crazy.
