Blizzard has confirmed that the PlayStation 3 and 4 versions of Diablo III will not feature cross-over play with PC users. In addition, it has also been confirmed that PS3/4 users will be able to cooperatively play without utilizing Battle.Net.
Diablo 3 will not require a constant internet connection for local multiplayer on the PS3 or PS4, Blizzard production director John Hight has confirmed.
