While it's not branded as a traditional cross-promotion, hometown girl Bella from the Sims Social on Facebook has appeared in our cities in SimCity Social via a themed quest series called "Bella Swings By." The final reward is a Botanical Gardens, which is odd, since one would think that a Sims Social associated quest series would give us something we couldn't simply purchase on our own. Still, I suppose something for free is better than nothing, so here's a look at how to finish this event off!
A Social Visit
- Build a Business
- Build a Factory
The business and factory can be anything you'd like, so feel free to purchase something cheap, something old or even something that costs Diamonds just to finish the quest. You'll receive 1,000 Simoleons and 2 XP for doing so.
Shake yer Moneymaker!
- Collect from 3 Businesses
- Collect from 3 Factories
You'll receive three XP and 500 Materials when you complete this quest.
A Bonus From Bella
- Build 3 Homes
- Have 3 Level 3 Homes
- Build a Decoration
Since our towns could always use a little extra population, I suppose being forced to build three new homes really isn't a bad thing. The only issue will be whether or not you have enough free land space to actually do it. When you complete this quest, you'll receive 2,000 Simoleons and five XP.
When you complete this final quest, you'll also receive a free Botanical Gardens. This is worth 18,000 Simoleons and 4,500 Materials if you had purchased it in the store. If you also play the Sims Social, you'll be prompted to head to that game to receive a "special reward." That reward is 3,000 Social Points, which will allow you to purchase plenty of goodies for your Sim's pad. Ultimately, this is a win-win situation for gamers that play both SimCity Social and the Sims Social, and we'll make sure to let you know if Bella comes back for anymore content later on!

What do you think of these three simple quests in SimCity Social? Would you have preferred to receive something branded with the Sims logo (or something similar) for completing these quests, or are you fine with the Botanical Garden? Sound off in the comments!
