If you're still a dedicated Pioneer Trail fan (there are less of those around every day), you've likely filled your Homestead to its capacity with a series of buildings that have been released over the past few months. To help free up that space, Zynga has released the Civic Center, another building that can store up to 12 inside it. Of course, these 12 buildings need to be very specific, as the Civic Center can hold one each of the following: Courthouse, Pony Express, Bert's Imports, Wishing Fountain, Clock Tower, Sheriff Station, Sheriff Academy, Jailhouse, Town Hall, Library, Museum and Telegraph Station.
This new Civic Center is available to users that have reached at least Level 24 in the game, but of course, you'll need to build it and complete a few goals before actually unlocking the building's full potential.
- Place the Civic Center
- Visit 20 Neighbors
- Harvest 30 Peppermint Trees
Rewards: 500 XP, 500 coins, Long Marble Planter (decoration)
- Harvest 50 Broccoli
- Feed 35 Adult Geese
- Finish Phase 1 of the Civic Center
Rewards: 1,000 XP, two Long Marble Planters, 5 Marigold (a new crop)
- Craft 6 Flower Arrangements
- Collect 15 Elegant Vases
- Finish Phase 2 of the Civic Center
The Flower Arrangements require that you plant and collect Marigolds from this new crop, and then use them to create the final arrangements. You'll earn 1,500 XP, two Marble Planter Bottoms (decorations) and a Junkyard Dog for completing this goal.
Locking It Up
- Tend Junkyard Dog 12 Times
- Collect 10 Posse Posters
- Finish Phase 3 of the Civic Center
Rewards: 2,000 XP, two Marble Planter Tops (decorations), Fully Grown Willow Tree
- Craft 7 Party Tables
- Collect 40 Grape Bunches
- Finish the Civic Center
The Grape Bunches drop at random when tending White Grapes. You'll receive 3,000 XP and a Justice Bear statue for completing this goal, along with a Collect All Bonus.
In addition to these goals, a new Civic Center collection has been added to the game, along with a Coffee Tree that has been added to the game's free gifts page. Hopefully, completing this Civic Center will help you clear up your Homestead, as it's likely even more space-consuming buildings will be released in the game in the future. Stay tuned!
