Can we get a FrontierVille Legends Goal for Billy the Kid already? How about Clint Eastwood? (Do movie stars count?) Anyway, Zynga will soon release another Goal in the new series of Timed Goals, "Johnny Appleseed Plants His Seed." Players have a bit more time than usual to complete this mission (15 days), and after seeing what needs to be done, you'll be thanking somebody for the extended time. Don't worry, an interesting reward awaits those who finish in time.

Johnny Appleseed Plants His Seed:

• Tend 80 Apple Trees on your Neighbors' homesteads
• Have 20 Apple Seeds
• Plant 5 Apple Trees

Planting five new Apple Trees is easy enough, but it'll cost you a nice 4,000 coins. Tending 80 Apple Trees should be doable in 15 days, but that all depends on whether your friends are either fans of the tree or are working on the same Goal. The 20 Apple Seeds, which are sourced by asking friends from within the Goal window, can be done while taking care of your friends trees and plating your own.

For completing this somewhat daunting task, you'll receive a 750 XP, five Apple Tree Ready Boosts and a Golden Apple Tree. And while we don't know exactly what the tree provides yet, it sure does sound useful. If you want the mysterious, forbidden fruit tree, make sure to tackle this Goal as soon as it releases.
