Did those nasty pop-up notices drive you away from FarmVille? Well, come on back, because Zynga introduced a game update that will cause fewer pop-up notices to appear. That is, if you want it to. FarmVille Freak reports that a reader was greeted by the above pop-up, offering to show fewer of them. The message reads, "Not interested in sharing these rewards? We can show fewer of these popups in the future." Zynga recently changed several notices to crawl up from behind the friend bar as a less intrusive way to present information, but now antisocial players can apparently ignore their friends even more easily. It's an odd way to present the option, being a pop-up itself and all. But if it means fewer annoying reminders, then by all means make it happen, Zynga.
