The Blacksmith is a brand new building and feature in FrontierVille--not to mention it's the center of five new Goals--and like all buildings, will require some effort to put up. The Blacksmith can be found in the Market under either the Special or Buildings tabs for 1,500 coins and 200 Wood. Then, it will need to whacked 20 times costing 1 Wood per whack. And then comes the fun part: requesting materials. To finish the Blacksmith, players must directly request 10 of each of these items from friends: Quench Bucket, Crucible and Granite. However, players can post the following items to their Facebook wall: Ash Dump, Rivets and Junk Metal. But this is just the beginning. However, it's important to remember these items should be compatible with your Wish List, which can broadcast at any time. Once it's created, players can craft new and useful items inside. At first, there are only four items to create, but surely there will be more. First, crafting Coal costs 200 Wood and four Fire (crafted in the Wagon) and is essential to all future materials. The second item is Iron Ingots, which are crafted with two Coal and 10 Iron Ore. However, Iron Ore can only be found by clearing rocks from the homestead. Finally, Iron Ore will come in handy for the two final products of the Blacksmith.

Coal: 200 Wood, 4 Fire
Iron Ingot: 2 Coal, 10 Iron Ore

The Harvester, an item that allows players to harvest five crops at once, costs three Iron Ingots and 500 Wood. The Feed Bucket will allow you to feed five animals at once and requires three Iron Ingots and 500 Food to craft. These items don't add much in terms of new functionality, but they sure will save us some time. Not to mention that all these things are necessary in the new set of Goals surrounding the Blacksmith.
