The new building, as an example, is the Sweet Store, which we were given a sneak peek of via Zynga's latest Valentine's Day showcase video. The building, as you'd expect, is only available for Farm Cash - 18 Farm Cash, to be exact. It is a medium-sized building, which has about the same footprint on your farm as a fully expanded Greenhouse, which was released just a few days ago. You'll earn 1800 experience points for purchasing the building, and it can not be decorated with snow or lights as of this writing.
As for the other two items, one in particular is one that looks much better actually sitting on your farm than it does in the store, while the other will be a treat for flower lovers. Find the full details about these two items behind the break.
The first of the two decorative items, the Chocolate Waterfall, is available for 20 Farm Cash. This is one item in particular where the preview function comes in mighty handy, as it's hard to tell what the item looks like exactly from its small preview image in the shop, which makes it look like a Halloween item, covered in pumpkins. In reality, these "pumpkins" are chocolate chip cookies, and once you purchase the item, you'd also be treated to a chocolate duck swimming in the pond at the bottom, along with constantly animated chocolate running down the waterfall proper. You'll gain 2,000 experience points for purchasing the Chocolate Fountain.
Finally, a Giant Candy Flower is available to purchase for 10,000 coins (you'll receive 100 experience points for purchasing it). This is a fairly tall item, standing as tall as some of the game's trees, but being much more slender. The Candy Flower appears to be made out of hard candy, as it is shiny and almost appears made out of plastic.
All three of these items will be available in the game for the next two weeks. It's unknown right now if more Valentine's Day themed items will be coming to the game between now and the holiday proper, but there are plenty of expected update days between now and then, so I wouldn't put it past Zynga to pull out more items at the last minute. We'll make sure to let you know if that's the case.
