The hyper-addictive bird-flinging game for iPhone and iPad, Angry Birds, has gotten all spooked up with a Halloween edition. For $.99 on both devices, Angry Birds Halloween sports 45 new levels filled with pumpkins to smash and pigs to destroy--along with pigs to bash hiding in pumpkins--within a brand new plot line called "The Golden Egg of Terror."

Thankfully, the game includes the standard Facebook and Twitter integration. Other than that, not much else has changed, but that's not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to Angry Birds. Now, if only that Mighty Eagle would get here already to give those pumpkins a real clobbering.
