Remember that Microsoft Bing ad we told you about on Tuesday? You know, the one offering you three dollars in Farmville's Farm Cash just for becoming a fan of Microsoft's new search engine? Well it seems to be getting a lot of attention, as Inside Facebook points out Bing received over 400,000 new fans for its Facebook page in the single day the ad ran.

The increase represents a nearly 400% jump from the page's roughly 100,000 fans on Monday, and gives Microsoft a huge new audience of people to reach through News Feed updates, even if those people signed up more out of interest in the Farm Cash than in the search engine.
