FishVille Trademarked by FarmVille Creators
Guessing what the creators of YoVille, FarmVille, Cafe World and Mafia Wars has become a sport with a reported 11 million active players. Late yesterday, it was reported by Trademork that Zynga has filed for a trademark on the term FishVille. Sadly the trademark does not mention how the game might play, what fish might be included or whether players will play as fish or operate a pet shop that sells fish, but that's part of the guessing sport.
