3. You're still having lots of problems in the game sector. The Avtar is not showing along with our names, stars are not be awarded etc. It's been like this for two days now. Nothing has been fixed. Can you tell me what's going on?

5. I am experiencing the same problem - Although we appear to be signed in - as a player we are a guest and are not earning stars, stamps or able to store $ in our wallet.

6. I am experiencing the same problems. It appears I am signed on as a guest, but when playing a game the "avatar" is a guest and does not earn stars, stamps or able to keep $ in a wallet.

8. Spider Solitaire Black Widow has been running very slow, it signs us in a guest, does not give us our points, nor does it track the high scores, it also keeps dumping us, would love to be able to play again.

9. Folks, I do apologize for all the trouble over the weekend. We had two different issues late last week that affect all of our games. As soon as we were made aware of the issues we sprang into action.
The issues should have been resolved more quickly. We thank everyone for their patience and know that you have a choice in where you play games online.

10. Dear Larry,
Last night I was playing Texas Holdem for a few hours. I always write down my wins and losses and keep a tally . When I closed for the night, I had a total of $6,465, and when I turned the game on a few minutes ago, I only had $465. What happened to the $6,000?? Don't think that is fair, do you?? Can you help or explain the problem?? Thanks!!
